These terms govern contracting, privacy, intellectual property, liability and acceptable use between Adentir and platform customers.
Together with the accepted commercial offer, DPA and technical annexes they form the full contract.
For service, privacy rights, billing, technical support or security incidents contact support@adentir.com. Formal contractual notices may also use registered links that evidence content, date and receipt.
Adentir provides B2B market intelligence, verified database generation and enrichment, territorial and specialty segmentation, CRM integrations and commercial consulting for healthcare, pharma, biotech, medical devices and related services. The service is not offered to end consumers.
The competent data protection authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, without prejudice to regional authorities when applicable. Data parameters may lodge a complaint without exhausting internal links first.
These terms prevail over commercial summaries, proposals or promotional material unless a signed framework agreement expressly states otherwise. The published version identified by its last update date is the only binding text at any time.
